Millie has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Building Surveying which accompanies her master’s degree in architecture. These qualifications provide her with a solid understanding of architectural design principles, building regulations and compliance to meet necessary standards for safety, accessibility, and sustainability.

Millie’s diverse background experience in State Government and Building Surveying have earned her significant expertise in interpreting and applying legislation. Since commencing her career in Building Surveying, Millie has gained exposure to a range of projects fulfilling the State’s strategic initiatives for new developments across South Australia. She is a visual and practical thinker passionate about safety in the built environment.

Outside of Building Surveying, Millie has demonstrated strong communication and creative problem-solving skills that have gained her recognition at the Flinders University New Venture Institute, rewarding her as a semi-finalist in innovation.

Millie’s combination of skills and experience in Building Surveying, architecture, and strategic design position her as a well-rounded professional able to provide valuable insights and expertise in various stages of a project from preliminary compliance advice through to building assessment and approval.
